This is an exciting chance for a motivated, experienced Project Officer at our Camberwell centre to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV).

We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
About the role Reporting to Manager Research, your responsibilities include designing and piloting a method for engaging children and young people in the design, delivery and evaluation of RAV services.
This involves implementing concurrent evaluation of the pilot and documenting processes and learnings to support evidence-based, outcomes-focused service delivery.
This role is located at Camberwell and is part-time (0.6 EFT) temporary until April **** working three (3) days per week .
The base salary range is $106,291-$115,538 (pro-rata) per annum .
About you Relevant degree in social work, counselling, family therapy, psychology or a related discipline, with experience working with children and young people.
Strong commitment to children and young people's rights and participation, with experience developing programs and managing projects.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills,



with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience in evaluation, impact assessment or evidence-based planning, with strong report writing and computer skills.
