This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, highly skilled and clinically driven ICU team , caring for complex and high-acuity patients within a dynamic private hospital environment.
You will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team where your clinical expertise is valued, while having the opportunity to further develop your critical care skills across a diverse patient population.
About the Role Working as part of the ICU team, you will provide exceptional, patient-centred care to critically unwell patients across a broad range of complex presentations.
You will have the opportunity to work across areas including: Neurosurgical and neurological patients Cardiothoracic patients Complex medical and surgical patients Ventilated and high-acuity patients Post-operative and critically unwell patients Cardiovascular and respiratory emergencies Haemodynamic monitoring and management Mechanical ventilation and respiratory support Invasive monitoring Vasoactive medication infusions Sedation and analgesia management Renal replacement therapy / CRRT Emergency response and deterioration management About You We are seeking an experienced and passionate ICU Registered Nurse who is confident working within a high-acuity environment and committed to delivering safe, exceptional patient care.
To be successful, you will have:



Previous ICU nursing experience Experience caring for ventilated and high-acuity ICU patients Cardiothoracic and/or neurosurgical ICU experience Strong clinical judgement and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills A reliable, adaptable and professional approach A strong commitment to secure, patient-centred care Current AHPRA registration The ability to work a rotating roster A preference for working regular night shifts would be highly regarded Why Join?
