Job details Permanent Full-Time Opportunities Immediate Start Available Day Shift Night Shift Roles | Based in North Fremantle About the Client: Our client is a leading provider of inland logistics and container transport solutions.

About the Position: Reporting to the Operations Team, the Scheduler is responsible for coordinating container transport movements and maximising fleet utilisation across daily operations.
This is a high-volume scheduling role where you will work closely with drivers and internal stakeholders to ensure transport requirements are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
You will be responsible for planning fleet movements, allocating driver tasks, maintaining accurate transport information, and responding to operational changes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule fleet movements using VBS Booking Systems and Containerchain to optimise fleet utilisation Communicate regularly with drivers and operational teams to coordinate daily transport activities Plan and allocate driver jobs for FCL deliveries and MT collections Ensure all transport movements and job details are accurately entered into operational systems Monitor daily schedules and adjust plans to meet changing operational requirements Maintain clear communication across operational stakeholders to ensure service delivery targets are achieved Respond quickly and effectively to scheduling conflicts and operational challenges Work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment Contribute to safe and compliant transport operations Skills and Experience: Previous experience in transport scheduling, logistics coordination, fleet allocation, or similar Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities Solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes Sound knowledge of Main Roads Regulations Robust computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly High attention to detail and data accuracy Experience with Containerchain, MT Data, and/or 1-Stop VBS (highly regarded) Experience within container transport or freight logistics (highly regarded) National Police Clearance required Apply Now: Click on the Apply button to submit your application or for more information please contact: WorkPac Principal Consultant: Lukas Radich on ************ or ****** quoting the job reference number 764J*********.
