We are looking for hard-working and reliable horticultural workers to join our team.
This is a full-time position, and the position taker will be in charge of propagation, cultivation, and harvesting on our farm.
Your main responsibilities include Assist with a variety of farm activities such as propagation, planting, pruning, harvesting, irrigation, fertigation and fumigation Apply pesticides and weedicides safely and effectively Operate and maintain horticultural machinery and equipment for land preparation, sowing, harvesting, processing,
and packing of crops Maintain accurate records of soil conditions, hydroponic systems, crop treatment and yields Manage transport and logistics involved in the delivery of produce and sales stock What we are looking for Previous experience as a horticultural worker or a similar role Strong work ethnics Good physical health and a willingness to perform physically demanding tasks Valuable communication skills and commitment to safety and cleanliness Passion for the agricultural industry and quality produce What we offer Competitive salary aligned with industry standards Supportive and rewarding work environment Stable workload all year round Salary: 71,500 AUD - 75,000 AUD excluding superannuation
