We are working with a fantastic client based in Osborne Park who is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join their friendly and supportive finance team on an ongoing temporary basis.
This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys a varied accounts role and is confident across transactional finance.
You'll be joining an established team and supporting the day-to-day finance function in a busy environment.
The Role Your responsibilities will include: Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate coding and approvals Assisting with payment runs and supplier statement reconciliations Raising invoices and processing customer payments Allocating and receipting incoming payments Bank and account reconciliations Responding to supplier and customer queries Investigating and resolving account discrepancies Maintaining accurate financial records Assisting with month-end processes Providing general support across the wider finance team About You We are looking for someone who has: Previous experience in an Accounts Officer or similar transactional finance role Experience across Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable Strong reconciliation skills Good Excel and systems skills Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly Availability to start at short notice What's on offer?
