Ampersand have partnered with a leading global law firm to appoint a Bids & Tenders Advisor within their high-performing Business Development & Marketing team.
n

You'll take ownership of complex, multi-practice proposals and capability statements, while helping to shape the future of the function through the implementation of innovative, AI-driven bidding software. The role:

Lead end-to-end proposal management, from scoping and strategy to final submission.
n
Partner with BD Managers to develop win strategies and compelling value propositions.
n
Craft high-quality, persuasive content leveraging advanced proposal technology.
n
Manage timelines, facilitate meetings, and coordinate key stakeholders.
n
Maintain and refine content libraries, credential tools, and reporting systems.
n
Contribute ideas to continuously improve the proposal function and process.
n

About you:
n




n
3+ years' experience in tenders, proposals, or business development within professional services – ideally law.
n
Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail.
n
Proven project management and stakeholder engagement ability.
n
Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
n
Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
n
Proactive, creative, and collaborative. You'll bring ideas, energy, and initiative.
n
