This role would suit a technically strong drafter who is confident taking ownership of their work, supporting others within the team and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the drafting function.
About the Role Produce accurate mechanical drawings,



layouts and detailed designs Work closely with engineering and project teams to deliver drafting requirements Review drawings and maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality Assist with coordinating drafting priorities and workloads Provide guidance and support to other team members Contribute to continuous improvement across drafting processes and systems About You Strong experience in mechanical drafting/design Proficiency in relevant CAD software Demonstrated experience working within a senior drafting capacity Previous management, supervisory or team leadership experience Management experience does not need to be within the drafting or engineering industry Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and support a team High attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach This is a great chance for an experienced drafter looking to combine their technical expertise with people leadership and take the next step in their career.
