ABOUT THE ROLE Sitting at the intersection of strategy, performance and delivery, this role combines analytical thinking with exceptional coordination.
You'll support corporate planning, prepare major reporting products, create performance narratives and bring structure to complex organisation-wide processes.
It's ideal for someone who can zoom out strategically, then dive into the detail and drive a reporting cycle through to completion.
DUTIES Support corporate planning, organisational planning and performance reporting cycles Coordinate inputs and deliverables across major organisation-wide reporting requirements Analyse performance information and identify trends, risks and emerging opportunities Create clear performance narratives, briefing materials and reporting commentary Develop dashboards,



scorecards and reporting products for senior stakeholders Coordinate inputs across multiple business areas and manage reporting deadlines Prepare and consolidate corporate and statutory reporting documentation Maintain strong governance, trackers, templates and approval workflows Build productive relationships across the organisation to improve reporting quality Identify and implement process improvements across planning and reporting frameworks SKILLS EXPERIENCE 4+ years' experience in reporting, corporate planning, government, strategy or program support Solid project management and coordination capability Exceptional attention to detail across complex documentation and reporting Strong written communication and ability to synthesise information into clear narratives Confident stakeholder management skills and ability to chase inputs constructively Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sourcing information Experience with government or corporate reporting processes is highly regarded Policy exposure would be advantageous but is not essential Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience BENEFITS Competitive $140,400 remuneration package midpoint Hybrid working with WFH flexibility Broad exposure to strategy, planning,
