About the Role You'll work with a diverse client base, providing high quality physiotherapy services across the local community.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing physiotherapy assessments, treatment and rehabilitation Supporting clients to improve mobility, independence and quality of life Working across Aged Care and Community environments Developing individualised treatment and care plans Working closely with families, support workers and multidisciplinary teams Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and evidence-based practice Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment About You You're an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys building relationships, working independently and seeing the direct impact of your work.
You'll bring: Current,



unrestricted AHPRA registration Relevant Physiotherapy qualifications Authorisation to work in Australia Experience across Aged Care, Community, NDIS or a similar setting Strong communication and relationship building skills A client focused and compassionate approach The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team Ability to build rapport with clients quickly A current Victorian Driver's License and access to your own vehicle Why Shepparton?
