About the role:
The Director, Digital Health Strategy and Partnerships provides leadership for the implementation of Victoria's Digital Health Roadmap. Working across departmental divisions, health services, government agencies and national bodies, the role aligns policy, reform and investment priorities to support delivery of roadmap initiatives and national digital health reforms. The Director leads sector partnerships and collaborative governance arrangements, ensuring digital health capabilities are integrated into broader health system reforms and enabling coordinated, sustainable transformation across Victoria's health system.

You are a senior leader with significant experience driving strategic reform, investment and transformation initiatives within the health sector. You combine deep health system knowledge with strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities, enabling you to influence complex environments and deliver meaningful, system-wide outcomes. You will bring:




Significant experience leading strategic reform, policy, investment or transformation initiatives within the health sector.
A deep understanding of the Victorian health system, including health service operations, governance arrangements, funding models and the broader policy workplace.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to bring together health services, clinicians, consumers, government agencies and national organisations around a shared agenda.
Proven experience providing authoritative advice to Ministers, boards, chief executives and senior executives on complex strategic, policy and investment matters.
Experience developing business cases, investment proposals and funding submissions to support major reform initiatives.
Highly developed leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead high-performing teams and navigate complexity, ambiguity and change.
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve outcomes through collaboration and partnership.
