About the Role

As a Childcare Educator, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
n
Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development
n
Foster solid, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
n
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-prepared Montessori environment
n
Assist with documentation,



programming, and compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
n
n
Requirements
n
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
n
n
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently working toward one)
n
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
A genuine passion for early childhood education
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Knowledge or experience with the Montessori approach (highly regarded)
n
A caring, patient, and collaborative attitude
