Mercer, a Marsh & McLennan company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk in Change (RiC) to lead Line 1 risk across Mercer Super's change portfolio. Based in Melbourne or Sydney, the role is hybrid with at least three days in the office weekly.
You will develop, embed and operationalise RMF-aligned risk tools, templates and controls, and produce concise governance reporting for committees and the Board.
