Job Description

Technical Skills:
n

Basic understanding of IToperations, systems, and infrastructure, including Linux & Windows Servers,Networks, Databases, and Storage.
n
Appreciation of IP networkingtechnology
n
Appreciation of IT security
n
Appreciation of Monitoring andObservability tools (Splunk, Zabbix).
n
Strong problem-solving andtroubleshooting skills.
n
Familiarity with incidentmanagement and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, BMC Remedy).
n




Positive knowledge of MicrosoftWindows, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
n
Ability to monitor systems andidentify operational issues.

Strong communication andcustomer service skills to support end users.
n
Attention to detail andability to follow standard operating procedures.

Basic understanding of ITILprinciples and service management practices.

Recent graduate with a degreein Computer Science or a related field
