Ingham's is seeking a Team Leader to guide a distribution/warehousing team of up to seven in our Australian operations. The role runs day shifts from 8AM–4PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work. It requires work in a cold setting and a forklift license.

You will coach and develop the team, report on operations, ensure safety standards, and manage resources to meet deadlines while maintaining GMP compliance and strong safety culture.
