Job Description
If you're looking for a Disability Support Worker role on the Gold Coast where you'll actually feel supported, valued, and part of something meaningful — welcome, you've just found it.
n
At Loving Life Support Services, we do support work with heart, humour, and genuine connection. We're a values-driven NDIS provider (not a churn-and-burn agency), and we're growing our Gold Coast team with humans who care as much as we do.
n
About the Role
n
As a Disability Support Worker with Loving Life, no two days will look the same, and that's the beauty of it. You'll support participants to build confidence, independence, and real-world skills through:

1:1 in-home and community support
n
Social and life-skills programs
n
Fun, meaningful community outings
n
Connection-focused support that genuinely improves quality of life
n
n
You'll be part of a warm, supportive team that works collaboratively, communicates well, and values your voice.
n
Why You'll Love Working With Us
n
Here's what our team tells us they enjoy most:
n
n
You're treated like a human, not a roster number
n
Flexibility that works around family, study, and real life
n
A supportive leadership team who actually listens
n
Opportunities to work across 1:1 supports, community access, and group programs
n
Ongoing training, check-ins, and professional development
n
A fun,
uplifting team culture where individuality is celebrated
n
n
If you want to work somewhere you feel respected, supported, and appreciated, this is your place.
n
What You'll Bring
n
We're looking for people who bring warmth, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
n
Must-Haves:
n
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Blue Card (Working With Children Check)
n
Availability for a minimum of 2–3 shifts per week
n
Excellent communication skills and a skilled, caring approach
n
Cert III/IV or higher in Disability, Community Services, or similar
n
First Aid & CPR
n
Experience working with neurodivergent teens or young adults (ASD/ADHD)
n
Experience with community access or social programs
n
n
If you have the heart and the right attitude, we can train the rest.
n
A Role That Actually Makes a Difference
n
This role is for you if you:
n
n
Love building meaningful relationships
n
Enjoy helping people step outside their comfort zone (gently!)
n
Believe support is about empowerment, not doing everything for someone
n
Are reliable, compassionate, and not afraid of a little fun and laughter
n
n
This position is based across the Gold Coast region including Nerang, Southport, Helensvale, and surrounding suburbs. Shifts vary depending on participant needs.
