Job Description
Estia Health is seeking a Property Essential Services and Contracts Manager to coordinate management of property assets across our NSW network. You will lead central planning, scheduling and contracting for maintenance, upgrades, audits and reporting, providing specialist advice to the team.
You'll work with Property Service Managers to support home-based staff, ensure compliance with AS *********, and optimise procurement within approved budgets.
