Bunnings is looking for a Department Manager in Sydney to lead a 20+ solid team, oversee daily store operations, and ensure best customer experience across Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Garden departments.

You will train and develop your team, drive sales through merchandising and KPI tracking, manage rosters including weekends, and work closely with Operations and Complex Managers to deliver the Widest Range at Best Prices.
