Increased growth in treasury function have driven the requirement for this new Senior Manager Treasury position. The current senior role balances hands‐on treasury delivery with strategic oversight, providing senior management with insight into liquidity, funding requirements, financial risks and treasury performance across the organisation.
The Senior Treasury Manager will be leading the corporate treasury function, including liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, funding, banking, treasury risk management and treasury operations. This key new senior role will serve as the central point of accountability for treasury governance, treasury technology, banking relationships and payment controls for further establishing and maturing the corporate treasury function.



Your challenge will you will also be to show a strategic leadership proactive approach to will drive the implementation of a scalable, technology-enabled treasury operating model through process automation, banking integration and implementation of best practise treasury management systems.
To be successful you will have proven Treasury Manager experience from either the Investment Management, Banking or Corporate Treasury with strong technical treasury knowledge across liquidity management, FX & interest rate risk and derivative banking products with a proactive communication skills allowing you to interact successfully at senior levels of the business. A good academic profile ideally being CA, CPA or CFA/MBA with proven leadership experience across treasury operations, treasury automations & treasury regulatory regimes (AIFMD, SEC, APRA) with a strategic and commercial leadership style being well regarded.
