As Team Leader, you'll supervise the day-to-day operations of your area, creating a team environment that delivers production excellence, superior quality outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction, while keeping safety and staff engagement front and centre.Roster: Monday to Friday, 1pm - 9:06pmWhat you'll be doing:Lead by example on safety, ensuring hazards are identified, escalated, and controlled, with GMP and food safety standards upheld in line with HACCP complianceCoordinate training and onboarding,



ensuring programs are in place and followed for new and existing team membersOwn manufacturing goals for your area, including equipment upkeep, downtime reporting, and waste reductionRoster and manage staffing levels, participating in performance management and addressing issues as they ariseDrive our How We Work Together Commitments, building a culture of respect, trust, and open communication across the teamWhat we're looking for:Proven experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environmentA solid safety mindset, with the ability to identify risks early and lead by example on best practiceSolid understanding of GMP and food safety standards, with HACCP compliance experience highly regardedA natural coach and mentor, confident training and developing team members to build capabilityStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage rostering, performance, and day-to-day issues as they ariseA leader who brings our How We Work Together Commitments to life - someone who leads with respect, trustand open communication, and genuinely has their team's backMust have full Australian Work Rights to be considered for the role.
