The Role
This is an opportunity to join McCullough Robertson's Corporate Advisory team and work on sophisticated transactions for a broad range of clients.
You will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of corporate matters, including M&A;, joint ventures, capital raising, restructures, commercial transactions and other strategic projects. The role will see you working across matters from start to finish, with responsibility spanning due diligence, drafting, negotiations and execution.

You will be encouraged to take ownership of your work, develop your commercial instincts and build confidence in dealing directly with clients
No two matters are the same, and this role will suit someone who enjoys working through complex issues, finding practical solutions and being part of a team delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
Experience
We are interested in hearing from lawyers with three to five years' post-admission experience who are looking to continue building a career in corporate advisory.




You will have experience in M&A; and/or broader corporate transactions and may have worked across matters involving acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, capital raising, corporate restructures or other strategic transactions.
Alongside your technical capability, you will be commercially minded, solutions-focused and comfortable working with clients and colleagues at all levels. You will be someone who can take responsibility for your matters, communicate clearly and contribute positively to the wider team.
We are looking for someone with ambition and initiative who is keen to broaden their experience, work on interesting matters and build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
