In our innovative residences, our hospitals, or in client homes, we aim to set the global standard of relationship-based care for older people with complex needs.We've been caring for people for over 90 years - so, if you love to care, join us, and make a career move that matters.It's not just care, it's HammondCare.About the OpportunityThe Network Engineer is a key role within HammondCare, responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining the voice and data communication services, with a focus on maximum availability and operational performance.This is permanent full time, based at St Leonards with hybrid working opportunities.How you'll make an impact:Design, implement, maintain, and optimise enterprise voice, data, and network security services across the HammondCare environmentProvide Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting and resolving complex telephony, networking, and security related issuesDevelop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, standards, procedures, reports, and operational recordsAnalyse, evaluate, and support the implementation of communications technologies, carrier services, and infrastructure solutions.Act as the primary technical liaison for telecommunications carriers, vendors, and service providers,



including service delivery and billing managementDeliver guidance, knowledge transfer, and mentoring for network engineers, IT teams, and operational staffMonitor and manage internet, and telecommunications services against service level agreements and business requirementsImplement, monitor, and optimise networking, Security and Voice communications platforms to ensure performance, reliability, and service availabilityAnalyse network performance, traffic patterns, capacity, and utilisation trends, providing recommendations for continual improvement and optimisationParticipate in and support change, incident, problem, and service management processes in accordance with corporate governance frameworksCoordinate the ongoing support and operation of critical voice and data communication services to maintain system availability, resilience, and reliability.Lead and support network infrastructure projects, upgrades, technology refreshes, and service improvement initiativesMaintain network and voice system security, patching, firmware management, and platform lifecycle activitiesDesign, implement, and manage enterprise SD-WAN and WAN connectivity services to support organisational performance and resilience objectives.Monitor and maintain network resilience, business continuity, and operational readiness across communications infrastructureParticipate in after-hours support, major incident response,
