solutions-focused approachHold a current Construction Induction Card (White Card)Hold a current Australian Driver's LicenceHold a current Forklift Licence (LF)Hold Scissor Lift Verification of CompetencyHold a current Elevated Work Platform (EWP) LicenceHold Working at Heights competencyPhysical fitness and the capability to undertake manual construction activities safelyWHAT YOU'LL DOLead by example and provide hands-on support across construction, maintenance, alteration and repair worksInterpret plans, specifications and material requirements to support efficient project deliveryCoordinate daily site activities and monitor progress to ensure work is completed safely and to the required standardUndertake a range of general building activities including carpentry, steelwork, reinforcement fixing, metalwork, ceilings, partitions, linings, painting, landscaping and labouring worksManage site resources, materials, tools and equipment to maintain productivity and minimise downtimeEnsure deliveries are received, checked and stored correctly to prevent loss or damageLoad, unload and move materials, tools and equipment as requiredMonitor the safe operation and condition of plant, tools and equipmentMaintain secure, clean and organised work areas through effective housekeeping and waste management practicesSet up and dismantle fencing, signage and barriers to establish safe work zonesEnsure all PPE, site safety procedures and company policies are followed at all timesAssist tradespeople and machine operators with construction and operational activitiesAct as a key point of communication between site personnel and management, providing updates and supporting coordination of worksMentor team members, promote a positive site culture and support workforce developmentHelp resolve day-to-day site issues to maintain programme and productivity outcomesRepresent DCOH professionally and uphold the standards set out in the DCOH Code of Conduct
