As Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring that Aura's residents enjoy not only the facilities and services available, but also the reassurance of safety and attentive care — especially after hours.About the RoleAsa nightConcierge at Aura, you will be the welcoming face of the resort during overnight hours, ensuring the smooth operation, security, and comfort of our community.Your responsibilities will include:Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.Monitoring security via cameras and routine site walks to ensure the premises is safe and secure.Acting as the first point of call for all after-hours resident enquiries and emergency vehicles arriving on site.Assisting with key card issues and access concerns.Maintaining cleanliness of the concierge area, vehicles, and communal spaces, including floors, windows, and furniture.Cleaning up after late events, including rubbish removal, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and rearranging furniture.Supporting residents with direct requests and being adaptable to ad hoc needs.Running reports and collating information to prepare for the next business day.Acting as a true advocate for all services Aura offers, ensuring residents feel supported and cared for.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and thrives in a position that combines customer service with security and operational responsibilities.What You Will BringExperience in administration, customer service, or a similar multi-tasking roleA valid South Australian Driver's Licence (desirable - occasional chauffeuring may be required)Solid communication skills, both written and verbal,
