You will coach and develop athletes, build high-performing crews and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture on and off the water.Working with our experienced rowing staff, you will deliver before/after school sessions and Saturday morning practices, foster student engagement, and ensure safety and exceptional communication with students, families and staff.
