The Opportunity
You will play a key role in the technical documentation of projects, working closely with senior project leaders to bring concepts to life through detailed, coordinated and buildable documentation.
This role will suit a technically solid Senior Architectural Technician, Architectural Graduate or a recent Registered Architect who enjoys the technical side of architecture, thrives in Revit, and takes real pride in producing accurate, refined work.
Key Responsibilities
Support project teams through design development, tender and construction documentationProduce high-quality architectural documentation,
drawings and detailing in RevitCoordinate consultant information and integrate documentation efficientlyApply sound knowledge of NCC, BCC and relevant Australian StandardsAttend client and consultant meetings where requiredWork to project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience within an architectural practiceAdvanced Revit capability with strong technical documentation skillsThorough understanding of construction methodology and detailingSite experience will be highly regardedProficient in Adobe SuiteStrong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teamsDetail-oriented with genuine pride in producing accurate, polished documentation
