If you're passionate about detail, data integrity, and making a meaningful impact in healthcare - this is where your skills can truly shine.About the roleCabrini Health is seeking several Administration Clerks to join our vibrant Patient Services team - primarily based at Malvern.
You will provide vital administrative and customer service support across a variety of hospital departments, including Admissions, in a role that blends office-based tasks with patient-facing interactions.Key responsibilitiesProcessing patient registration information ensuring timely and accurate entry in WebPASOrganising patients' financial files and other forms/labels with medical records in preparation for admission/surgery listsConduct pre-admission telephone calls to patients within 48 hours of hospital admission to clarify personal details and advise any out-of-pocket expensesCompile information packs for patients, including relevant health fund and other information specific to each patientPrepare information for patients upon discharge and collect any outstanding payments relating to their stayOur department operates between the hours of 6:00AM - 8:00PM Monday - Sunday, so flexibility to cover a range of shifts is preferred.
Positions are also available in our Emergency Department which requires late night finishes up to 11PM (occasional night shifts required).
