This role goes beyond static guarding - you'll be responsible for mobile patrols, alarm responses, site inspections, incident response, and maintaining a strong visible security presence across multiple client locations.You'll play a critical role in protecting people, property, and businesses while delivering exceptional customer service and skilled support during after-hours operations.What You'll Be DoingConducting scheduled mobile patrols across different sitesResponding to alarms, incidents, and emergency callouts in a timely and professional mannerPerforming lock-up and unlock services for client premisesCompleting site inspections and identifying security risks or hazardsMaintaining accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and shift updates using reporting systemsLiaising with emergency services, clients, and internal operations teams when requiredProviding a strong and visible security presence to deter unlawful activityDelivering skilled customer service and maintaining positive client relationshipsFollowing company procedures and compliance requirements at all timesWho We're Looking ForExperienced Security Officers with patrol or mobile response experience preferredProfessionals who are confident working independently during overnight operationsCandidates with solid situational awareness, communication skills, and professionalismYou'll Thrive in This Role If You:Remain calm, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressureEnjoy working autonomously and managing varied environmentsHave strong observation and decision-making skillsTake pride in professionalism, reliability, and punctualityAre confident using mobile devices, reporting systems, and GPS navigationCan communicate clearly and professionally with clients and emergency servicesWhat You'll NeedCurrent NSW Security Licence (mandatory)Current Driver Licence with a clean driving recordCurrent First Aid & CPR Certification, or willingness to obtainExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAvailability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidaysFull working rights in AustraliaWhy Join CONSTANT?
