About the Role:In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in our property team, handling residential conveyancing matters for our clients.
You can choose the cases you take on, backed with the full ongoing support of company directors and colleagues.
You will be responsible for the entire conveyancing process, from initial client contact through to settlement.
Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing, reviewing and negotiating contracts for the sale and purchase of propertyConducting thorough title searches and liaising with relevant government bodiesAdvising clients on legal matters related to property transactionsPreparing and reviewing loan documentation and liaising with lendersCalculating adjustments and disbursements for settlementsAttending settlements on behalf of clientsEnsuring all transactions comply with relevant legislationWe are looking for someone with:Minimum 2 years experience as a qualified ConveyancerStrong understanding of NSW property law and conveyancing proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple files effectivelyMeticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyAvailability and a want to networkProficiency in legal software and conveyancing platforms (e.g. PEXA)What's on offer:Market-competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative team environmentCareer progression opportunities within a growing firmWork in a dynamic and exciting industryIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancer looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply!
