We are seeking a talented and dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join their team.
Thiscan be based either in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.Position Summary:As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting their Lawyers in various litigation matters.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting legal research and analysisPreparing and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsAssisting with case management, including scheduling hearings, organising evidence, and managing deadlinesPreparing for trial by organising exhibits, interviewing witnesses,
and assisting with courtroom logisticsCommunicating effectively with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, and court personnelQualifications:Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience (preferred)Strong understanding of litigation procedures and evidence rulesExcellent research, writing, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational and time management skillsProficiency in legal software and database systemsCompetitive salary and advantages packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentSupportive and collaborative work environment
