Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily operations, sales and stock management within a specialist area, overseeing a 20+ solid team and reporting to the Operations Manager.You will train and develop your team, drive the Best Experience for customers, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with Merchandising and Health & Safety to uphold our standards.
The role includes a minimum 1 in 3 weekend roster and some public holiday work.
