We have experience in normal pressure wells, HPHT wells, Horizontal wells and Deep Water wells and working closely with both Drilling Contractors and Service Companies internationally.In addition to our core team, we have access to a pool of experienced Well Engineering personnel covering, Completions, Well Testing, Offshore Supervisors, Subsea and Logistics and Contracts specialists.Job DescriptionJob Title: Drilling Supervisor / Onsite Company Representative (OCR)Location: Onsite - Onshore Drilling Rig, QLDEmployment Type: Contract - Short TermRotation: 3 / 3Sector: Onshore Oil & Gas - Exploration / Drilling OperationsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Drilling Supervisor / Onsite Company Representative (OCR) to supervise wellsite drilling activities on behalf of the Operator during a short-term onshore drilling project in Queensland.As the company's primary representative at the rig site, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient execution of all drilling operations,



ensuring contractor and service company personnel are working to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and technical performance.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the Operator at the wellsite and maintain close coordination with the drilling contractor and service providersEnsure all operations are executed in accordance with the approved drilling program, procedures, and regulatory requirementsPromote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring all personnel comply with site-specific safety protocols and standardsMonitor and manage daily operations including drilling, casing, cementing, well control, and rig maintenance activitiesIdentify potential operational issues or risks and proactively engage with the office-based team to resolveParticipate in daily reporting, morning calls, and maintain accurate records of site activities and contractor performanceProvide real-time supervision and decision-making support to ensure technical best practices are appliedOversee and verify third-party service quality and compliance (mud, cementing, logging, directional, etc.)Lead or participate in safety meetings, drills, and incident investigations when requiredRequirementsRequired Experience & Qualifications10+ years of onshore drilling experience with a minimum of 3+ years as Drilling Supervisor / Company Man/OCRStrong track record in supervising rig operations and managing service company interfacesDemonstrated commitment to HSE leadership and site-level safety cultureFamiliarity with Australian onshore drilling regulations and remote field operationsIWCF or IADC Well Control Certification (Supervisor Level) - mandatoryWhy Join?
