Our team is built around quality workmanship, clear communication, and getting the job done properly.As we continue to grow, we're looking for the right people to grow with us.About the RoleAs an HVAC Technician with Ventra Services, you'll be working across a mix of commercial service, maintenance, breakdown, and project-related HVAC works.You'll be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out preventative maintenance, completing repairs, supporting installations where required, and ensuring systems are operating safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.This role would suit someone who enjoys being on the tools, working independently when needed, and being part of a reliable team that backs each other.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out HVAC service, maintenance,



and repair works across commercial sitesDiagnosing faults across air conditioning and mechanical systemsAttending breakdowns and completing practical, efficient repairsServicing split systems, ducted systems, package units, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation systems, and associated HVAC equipmentCompleting preventative maintenance tasks to a high standardAssisting with installation and project works where requiredReading and interpreting basic plans, manuals, and technical informationCommunicating clearly with supervisors, clients, builders, and other tradesCompleting job records, service reports, and site documentationIdentifying defects, recommendations, and opportunities for system improvementsWorking safely and maintaining a clean, professional site presenceRepresenting Ventra Services in a professional and reliable mannerWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Trade qualified in HVAC, refrigeration, air conditioning, or mechanical servicesExperienced in commercial HVAC service and maintenanceConfident with fault-finding and diagnosticsReliable, organised, and able to work independentlyPractical, solutions-focused, and willing to get involvedProfessional when dealing with clients and other tradesSafety-focused and quality-drivenA positive communicator with a strong team attitudeSomeone who takes pride in their work and wants to keep improvingRequired Licences & ExperienceIdeally,
