residents and familiesResponding to emergency maintenance requirements when requiredThe role is focused on maintaining a safe, functional and high-quality living environment for residents, staff and visitors.About YouTo be successful, you will have:3-5 years' experience in general handyman or building maintenanceBuilding trade qualifications or equivalent advanced maintenance knowledge and skillsKnowledge of building codes, standards and general maintenance practicesUnderstanding of WHS requirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer and Microsoft Office skillsThe ability to work professionally with residents, families, staff and contractorsA genuine understanding and sensitivity towards working within a residential aged care environmentAged care, retirement living or health experience is desirable.Essential RequirementsUnrestricted full-time Australian work rightsNo sponsorship availableCurrent Driver's LicenceRelevant maintenance/building experienceInterested?
