You'll manage end-to-end project delivery — from planning and design through to construction, handover, and defects — ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.You'll also lead and mentor the VIC Projects team, driving strong client relationships, safety performance, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver assigned projects to meet time, quality, and budget requirements.Lead, coach, and support the VIC Projects team to achieve client outcomes.Build strong client relationships through proactive and professional communication.Ensure full compliance with contractual, safety, and environmental obligations.Oversee contractors and consultants, ensuring works align with project and OHS standards.Apply risk and opportunity management across all project stages.Manage budgets, forecasts,
