Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:

Providing Social Community Assistance to clients
n
Domestic assistance,



community access and social support
n
Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support
n
Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
n
Willing to travel to Warilla
n
Cert 4 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desired)
n
Working with Children's Check (Essential)
n
Current Driver's Licence (Required)
n
