Avant Law, part of Avant Mutual Group, seeks a full time permanent Paralegal to predominantly support our Corporate & Commercial Special Counsel, while providing support to the broader team in Sydney. You will assist with the full lifecycle of corporate matters, including onboarding, file set-up, due diligence, execution and post-completion administration, plus diary and practice management.
