About the Role
n
We are hiring one versatile, hands‐on professional to manage our Studio operations, and video production , IT Systems. This is a onsite role where you will be the go‐to person for all technical support, as well as the owner of our studio and content production setup .
n
If you enjoy solving IT issues while also working behind the camera and managing a creative space, this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities
n
IT Support (Primary Function)
n
n
Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
n
Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, and office equipment
n
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly with minimal downtime
n
Manage user access, tools, and system configurations
n
Maintain IT inventory and ensure all equipment is operational
n
n
Videography & Content Production
n
n
Shoot and edit video content (marketing videos, internal content, podcasts)
n
Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
n
Handle post-production editing and basic enhancements
n
Ensure all content meets quality and branding standards
n
Own and manage the studio environment and schedule
n
Set up and run podcast and video recording sessions
n
Ensure all studio equipment is ready, functional,



and organized
n
Maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Experience in IT support and troubleshooting (hardware/software/network basics)
n
Hands‐on experience in videography and video editing
n
Familiarity with audio setup and podcast production
n
Ability to independently manage both technical and creative responsibilities
n
Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
n
n
Preferred Skills
n
n
Experience in managing a studio or creative workspace
n
Knowledge of live streaming or recording setups
n
Familiarity with marketing or content production workflows
n
n

Available for travel and flexible working hours when required

Willing to attend and support luxury events for content production and technical setup
