About the Role
n
You'll be joining our Production Team at our Yatala workshop to build high-quality custom displays and exhibition stands from start to finish. The bulk of your time is in the workshop — fabricating, finishing, and getting it right — with occasional travel to sites for installation.

Your day-to-day will include:
n
n
Reading and interpreting plans and shop drawings
n
Assembling, cutting, laminating, and finishing custom cabinetry and display elements with precision
n
Working independently and as part of our production team to meet project deadlines
n
Travelling to local sites and occasionally interstate to assemble and install finished exhibits
n
Packing products and tools safely for transport and managing materials efficiently
n
Safely operating a range of machines, tools, and equipment
n
Working closely with managers and site staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
3+ years experience as a Cabinet Maker or Shopfitter — essential
n
Certificate III in Cabinet Making or Shopfitting
n
QLD White Card and current Australian driver's licence
n
Ability to read and interpret plans and shop drawings accurately
n
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and finish
n
Someone who follows process and takes ownership of their work
n
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
n
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
n
Willingness to travel locally and occasionally interstate for installations
n
Permanent Australian resident
n
n
Helpful but not essential: experience in exhibitions, events, or museum fitout.
