Iluka offers an empowering and inclusive work environment that is as diverse as the communities in which we operate.About the roleWe have an chance for a Day Services Coordinator to join the Day Services Team at our Narngulu Operation in Geraldton.Reporting to the Production Superintendent, this role is responsible for coordinating and supervising the day services function across site, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of operational support activities.This is a permanent position offered on a 5/2 Monday to Friday roster.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate and supervise the Day Services team and earthmoving contractor activities across siteEnsure all day services tasks are planned and executed safely and efficiently to support production requirementsCoordinate the procurement,



storage and supply of operational reagents to support uninterrupted plant operationsManage site road maintenance, bund construction and civil infrastructure improvementsCoordinate fabrication and replacement of specific plant equipmentOversee ground maintenance including vegetation management, weeding, and firebreaksDrive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain safety, environmental and regulatory complianceAbout youTo be successful in this role you will have:Demonstrated experience in mining, mineral processing, manufacturing or a heavy industrial environmentExperience coordinating contractors and operational support servicesStrong planning, scheduling and work coordination capabilitiesProven commitment to health, safety and environmental performanceEffective leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCurrent and valid C Class Driver LicenceSection 26 Statutory Supervisor QualificationOur offer to youFamily friendly roster – home every night!
