You will work alongside a team of exceptional lawyers to deliver quality work and an exceptional experience to every client you interact with.We act for an incredibly diverse client base, helping them with a broad range of needs including sale and purchase of businesses, employee incentive schemes, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans, corporate governance and not for profit advice.This position is ideal for a junior to mid-level lawyer with broad corporate law expertise.
You should have experience in efficiently managing workflows and projects in a fast paced, high volume environment, and effectively communicating with clients.The Ideal Candidate2-4 years of experience in a reputable law firm with a specific focus in general corporate,



corporate advisory and/or M&A; work.
