What you will do?
Kitchenhand
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
Washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
Assisting with basic food preparation and ingredient preparation
Receiving, storing, and rotating stock in line with food safety requirements
Ensuring kitchen and back-of-house areas meet hygiene and cleanliness standards
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
Following food safety, HACCP, and workplace health and safety procedures
Contributing to a positive team culture and efficient kitchen operation
Cook
Preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with recipes and presentation standards
Monitoring food quality, portion control, and consistency across service




Assisting with menu preparation and daily kitchen production requirements
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
Managing stock rotation and minimising food waste
Supporting kitchen operations to ensure timely service during peak periods
Working collaboratively with Kitchenhands and the wider hospitality team
Contributing to a positive guest experience through quality food and efficient service
Assisting with opening, closing, and general kitchen operational requirements
More about you
Solid background in kitchen operations,
previous
experience as a Kitchenhand or Cook is
Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs
Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
Food Safety Certificate
For Cook applicants, currently undertaking Level 3 Cookery Certificate, preferred
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
