To respond to customer needs and enquiries relating to installations, fault resolution, administrative duties and daily reporting – ensuring the highest level of consistent and quality service delivery to clients.
This is an office-based client-facing role to be a non-urgent supportive contact, assisting clients who use the emergency medical alarms and/or services at Tunstall.
