THE POSITION
Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings
Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements
Ensure all OH&S; compliance is achieved, and wastage is kept to a minimum




Availability to work a minimum of 2-3 days a week with shift times of 6am-2pm
Excellent customer service and communication skills
THE PERSON
HACCP Food handling experience
Excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
Ability to work autonomously
Cert III in Commercial Cookery
NPC + WWCC: hold or obtain a national police check and working with children check
