We are seeking an organised, proactive and hands-on Administration & Facilities Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our training facilities and workplaces.
About the Role
This is a diverse role combining administration, customer service and facilities coordination.
You will be responsible for managing training room bookings and setup while ensuring the site remains organised, stocked and welcoming.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating training room and meeting room bookings
Managing booking requests and maintaining the room calendar
Liaising with internal teams, trainers, participants, contractors and external stakeholders
Preparing rooms for training events, meetings and workshops
Coordinating catering, audio-visual equipment and IT requirements
Setting up and packing down training rooms and event spaces
Maintaining kitchens, amenities and shared spaces to a high standard
Ordering and managing stationery, consumables and facility supplies
Monitoring stock levels and maintaining site presentation
Assisting with general facilities administration and workplace support activities
Supporting minor maintenance coordination and contractor attendance as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong administrative and coordination experience
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands
A practical,



proactive and hands-on approach
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
The ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Experience coordinating events, training rooms, facilities or office administration will be highly regarded
