About the position:Totally Smiles Indooroopilly is on the lookout for a friendly and professional dental receptionist to join our busy, patient-focused practice on a full time basis including Saturdays.
We are a modern practice offering a wide range of treatments from general check ups to cosmetic treatments.As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
This is a fantastic chance for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.The role is predominantly reception-focused, with flexibility to support sterilisation and dental assisting as needed.Key Responsibilities:Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and manage appointment scheduling.Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information about treatments and addressing patient concerns or complaints.Billing and Insurance: Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and assist patients with payment plans and verification.Records Management: Maintain patient records accurately,
