You will be working a maximum of 40 hours per week.ABOUT THE POSITION.As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for all QS work such as measurement, cost planning, etc.
You'll need to work within a team of Quantity Surveyors in order to ensure that timeframes and budgets are met.




As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting to the head of the Sydney Office.DUTIES.Manage clients and other stakeholdersResponsible for variations and progress claimsConduct Contracts Administration servicesResponsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities/ pre-tender estimates.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.A bachelor's degree in Project Management or Construction Management majoring in Quantity SurveyorMinimum 5yrs Quantity Surveying experienceWork well within a teamPrevious experience working for a consultancy firmCULTURE.Join a collaborative and positive team that values diversity.
