With a strong reputation for compassionate, high-quality care, we are excited to announce our upcoming expansion into Sydney.As we prepare to launch services in Penrith and surrounding areas, we're looking for passionate Registered Nurses to join our founding Sydney team.We are also a proud recipient of the Circle Back Initiative badge, reflecting our commitment to providing every applicant with a positive recruitment experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process.What You'll Be DoingAs a Registered Nurse, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality clinical care and coordinating support services for clients in their homes.
Your key responsibilities will include:Providing comprehensive nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical protocolsConducting client assessments, developing care plans, and reviewing them as neededAdministering medications and treatments safely and accuratelyManaging wound care, catheter care, chronic disease monitoring, and post-hospital supportLeading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers as requiredLiaising with families, allied health professionals,
