Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Control Room Operator to join their operations team based in Smithfield.This role will involve monitoring and supporting day-to-day plant operations from a central control room environment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational performance targets are achieved.
You will be responsible for real-time process monitoring, responding to system alerts, coordinating operational adjustments, and supporting production activities when required.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor plant operations and process systems in real time through digital control systems and operational softwareTrack operational parameters and identify abnormalities or process issuesRespond to alarms and coordinate corrective actions where requiredMaintain accurate operational records, logs, and reporting documentationLiaise with production, maintenance,
