Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, this role will see you partnering closely with senior and state-based stakeholders to support key commercial decisions.
Key responsibilities include:Partnering with key commercial stakeholders across the businessDelivering financial analysis and insights to support decision-makingDriving financial accountability aligned to budget and strategic objectivesMonitoring and analysing CAPEX and OPEX,



including risk identificationSupporting initiatives aligned to sustainable and responsible business outcomesIdentifying opportunities to improve performance, innovation, and benchmarkingManaging budgeting and forecasting processes, providing meaningful insightsAnalysing large datasets to inform project outcomes and business strategyAbout You:CA/CPA qualified with experience in a similar commercial finance role4-5 years' experience within FMCG or retail in a commercial finance capacityExperience operating in a large, matrix-style organisation (preferred)Naturally curious with a proactive, forward-thinking approachStrong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex dataConfident communicator, able to present insights to senior stakeholdersWhy Apply:Strong career progression within a top 20 ASX-listed organisation recognised as an employer of choice in AustraliaHybrid working arrangementsOnsite parking
