Executive Manager / Chapter Lead, Consumer Finance Marketing (Credit Cards)12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Sydney Based OnlySee yourself in our teamThe Chapter Lead, Consumer Finance Marketing role sits in the Consumer Marketing team, reporting directly to the Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead RBS Marketing and Chapter Area Lead Consumer Marketing.The team is fast paced with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
The culture is built on energy, pace, curiosity, responsibility and commitment.Do work that mattersBuilding the marketing strategy for the Consumer Finance business to deliver on business and customer goals, with a focus on customer acquisition, engagement and retentionEnsuring customer insights are embedded into the plans through relevant and easy Customer Value Propositions, timely and compelling communicationsDriving innovation into the business through opportunities from within the marketing ecosystemLeading cross functional agile teams with internal and business stakeholders to ensure execution and delivery excellence of plansOngoing review of internal and external operating environment to ensure coherence of plans and pivoting accordinglyLeading a lean team of strategic marketers to ensure efficient, timely and effective communicationsWe're interested in hearing from people who possessDeep knowledge and commercial acumen of all facets of Consumer Finance,



including Credit Cards and Personal LoansExtensive experience and leadership in strategic marketingPassion and proven capability in using data and insights to drive marketing plansSenior people leadership experience (+10 people), working in agile teams preferredSound knowledge and experience with paid media and implementation of adtech to drive performance marketing outcomes and acquisition volumesProven experience of strong collaboration with all elements of the value chain in retail banking, including product / distribution / digital etcAbility to influence across all levels and within each business lines' leadership teamsStrong knowledge of all elements of the marketing mixWorking at CommBankAt CommBank, we support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.
